I started by compiling information that I thought engineers, including myself, would want in a technical blog. I'm not sure if this has increased awareness of hiring engineers. Nagata: Even at SHE, the awareness of hiring engineers is not high. In order to create awareness in the recruitment market, we created a technical blog and released information such as employee interviews once a month. I think it was effective in spreading the appeal of SHE's development team both inside and outside the company. I also used Notion to create a page summarizing information related to engineer recruitment, create an engineer recruitment movie, and create a recruitment wish list.
When I identify issues in hiring engineers and send them to others during scouting, more and more people become interested and say, ``I can solve this issue.'' -You're taking various measures. Nagata: We try to look at things from three axes: past, present, and future, and Special Data get a bird's-eye view of what we can do now. I think it's important to start with small initiatives and expand them little by little while sharing issues with management and the development team. -What kind of feedback have you received from engineers both inside and outside the company regarding your measures? Nakata: A person in charge of human resources outside the company spread the tweets and connected me with an engineer he knew.

After all, I am acutely aware of the importance of outputting and sharing materials on SNS on a daily basis. Nagata: We received a lot of positive feedback as our development team held events with other companies and spread the word on social media. Thankfully, we are now receiving more and more calls from people saying, ``SHE had this kind of issue. Please let me help you.'' What kind of recruitment/recruitment PR measures do you plan to take from now on? -What are the current challenges in recruitment public relations? Nakata: I feel that LEAN BODY is still not well-recognized in the engineering world, so my current challenge is to spread awareness about LEAN BODY's employment of engineers. Nagata: There are many issues to be solved, such as building awareness, hiring full-time engineers, hiring engineers who work full-time at least three times a week (freelance), and creating an attract system for hiring full-time employees from side jobs.
